Restrict each user to a single session on 2012 Windows Server

Hi all.

If you have a Windows server 2012 or 2012 R2 and if you have only one user there, second session killed the first one.

So, ok. How to enable / disable “Restrict each user to a single session” on Windows server 2012 and 2012 R2?

In older operating systems was easy way to disable this. You went to “Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration” and there switched off the checkbox.

In 2012 server is no checkbox, is no  “Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration”. I don’t belive… but seems that’s true.

If you can change this property, you must go to the regedit and change it manually.

regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\fSingleSessionPerUser

0 disable
1 enable

That’s all. No restart needed.
